LAN One-Shot Qualifying Lag Bug
There have been multiple patches and I am yet to see this fixed, which makes me think that maybe they don't know about it since we're probably the only people who actually use LAN.
Can't find pictures from photomode
I've been using the photomode quite a bit on F1 2018, but I can't find the pictures anywhere...
I've seen some people saying I can find them in "documents\My Games\F1 2018\ photos" but there isn't a single picture is this file, it's just empty...
Does someone have an idea of where they could be???
a few bugs
Using the cockpit view, when you go to the boxes to change tires, you cannot see stop/go lights. they need to be lifted up or down cause they are right behind the halo bar!
[PC] Crashes, fps spikes, sound stutter etc
Hi all,
Since owning the game, i've not been able to complete a race without problems. During races I experience lots of FPS drops, I cant be too specific when, it just happens at different stages during a race. Also sometimes towards the end of a race the game will freeze with whatever sound momentary repeating and then screen goes black and i'm back at the desktop. Sometimes i also have sound dropping out momentarily during game play.
Also at the start of a flash back game resumes smooth, but after 2 or 3 flashbacks race resumes with fps/stuttering and i usually end up in a wall due to no control for a brief second.
One time during a race i experienced a crackling sound that suddenly lowered in quality and seemed to be a second behind game play. All these things are present from the start of each race, however they definitely get worse towards the end of each race.
When starting the game, the first intro of the 5 red start lights stutter and sound drops. Does anyone else 2018 intro stutter sound/vision at the start?
Platform is steam.
Game version 1.05
Any game mode (except online.. have not even tried it yet)
I get no error message.
I use Xbox one game pad.
Don't have a video to show you, but can be arrange if i have to (at great inconvenience)
Nvidea graphic drivers are up to date.
My Pc is a Razer Blade 15 1070 maxQ with 16gb ram 144hz.. Win 10.
No undervolting or overclocking software is being used.

Sometimes it is fine and I get almost 60fps (while 100% GPU usage - which is still wrong imho), but most of the time it drops to these numbers. Same thing happens with monitor in motorhome.
The PC is i5 4690k with GTX970 with latest updates and drivers.
MANUAL gear bug??
How the heck can you race when it keeps doing this?..you can't......very frustrating. It's not my wheel because i've tested it on other games...Dirt Rally...F1 2014...Dirt4...WRC7..all working normal..so it's JUST this game.
[F1 2018] [Xbox One X] [Multiplayer] [Achievement] “Safety First” not Unlocking
Last night I increased my Safety Rating enough in Multiplayer to reach a rating of A.
This should unlock the “Safety First” Achievement, but sadly it has not done so for me.
I have continued racing today, maintained my rating and the Achievement remains locked.
For reference I am playing on version 1.04.
Please let me know what can be done to resolve this.

Change component penalties
Game breaking bug, lagspikes, slowdowns. [PC]
I am experiencing a massive, nearly game breaking bug. I get a HUGE amount of lagspikes/slowdowns. In race, in time trial, event mode,...
It slows down, then speeds up and puts me into a wall.
They happen, sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes every 20 seconds, sometimes only every 10 minutes.
These are just at random, sometimes when doing more intensive workloads in the game. Randomly freezed and speeds up. Very, very annoying.
I have experienced multiple other bugs, too much to even begin.
You know, I and everyone on this forum payed for this game. You expect a finished product, or at least a day one patch. Something!
Very disappointing and it just ruins the first impression of codemasters and f1 games for everyone.
If needed, I can provide game information files and video fragments.

F1 2018: No resource points for Qualifying Pace Programme and other bugs
Like the title says, I didn't get any resource points for complete the Qualifying Pace Programme. I passed the programme exceeding the target time/position (purple) but the resource points was a cero on the screen.
I've found another strange bug on the Fuel Saving Programme. I passed the programme just for doing "lift and cost" at the first corner. The indicator went to the purple zone and never move again for the rest of the lap. When I went back to the pits to se the results on the monitor there were some strange numbers instead of show how much fuel was needed to complete the race.
The last bug was after the first race. I finish the Australian Grand Prix in 10th position with Sauber, I didn't get the interview and then my reputation with Sauber and the other teams when down (like the half it was before). The only interview I get was after the first practice.

- What platform are you playing on?
- How was the Lobbies connectivity? Could you grab us a screenshot?
- Were you the host?
- Were you playing Ranked or Unranked?
- Were there any AI added or was it just players?
- Could you give us a quick rundown of the full session that you played?
- Were there any Host Migrations?
- If you have any full videos of the session (of the incident and what you were doing before the issue), please link them.

During my 50% career race, my car just completely stopped before the chicane..
Bug 2:
In replay screen, when I press my acceleration pedal the camera pivots upwards.. So if I were to flashback, I would have to keep my foot off the accelerator until I gain control of the car.. My wheel is the Logitech G29..
Bug 3:
In time trial, I always like to restart my lap to do a new one.. Sometimes, at random there would be no 5 lights countdown and I even have control of the car even while the screen is still black and loading..
